Lobby or reception in First Cabin Haneda Terminal 1

The receptionists were very helpful despite the language barrier. The facilities were clean, and comfortable. I was well rested and ready for my connecting flight. The airport shuttle bus made it very easy to travel from T3 to T1 where the hotel is located.

This place was very conveniently located. I was traveling with my 70 year old mother, my 18 year old son, 21 year old daughter, my husband and myself. We had to overnight in Tokyo before flying back to the States, this place was just what we needed. After a long family trip, we all enjoyed our our capsules. The hotel provided everything we needed, including pajamas and toothbrushes. There’s a vending machine with snacks, ice cream, coffee, and white wine. The bathroom is large and includes a private seeming toilet room, a makeup/sink room, a shower room, and a hot bath room.

Convenient stay in Haneda! Staff were kind and helpful. Good selection of toiletries available and it was easy to make the room dark/quiet. Although there was very little space around the bed there were hangers available for my jacket and some table space for my phone/hand luggage.

Just what I needed after a late arrival into the airport. The facilities where great, room was comfy, I paid a little extra for 1st class cabin which I reccomend because then you can store your luggage with you, and actually stand up other then on a bed. The bathroom facilities were great they provided hair dryer, straightener and even a curler??. A lounge/communal area where you can buy some noodles for dinner, and coffee in the morning.

The location being inside of the airport makes it very convenient. The public bath was quite relaxing, and the lounge is a great place to do some work or read. The bed was comfortable and well-cleaned.

First Cabin was very easy to find -- large signs in the airport corridor. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The washrooms and sleeping area were very clean and attractive. The lobby/lounge area had Wi-Fi, several vending machines with snacks and drinks, and both couches and tables and chairs. The front desk offered toothbrush kits and washcloths in addition to the towels that were on the bed. NOTE: You cannot secure your luggage if you need to leave the area. Since I was there for two nights, I left my big stuff in a baggage storage facility in another terminal of this airport and took the free bus to get to First Cabin.

Clean, convenient, quiet. Easy to locate in Haneda airport, right in the middle between the two domestic arrival areas. I stayed in the First Class cabin with was really nice with the extra space to put my small suitcase. As expected in a Japanese capsule hotel, plenty of amenities provided including slippers, sleepwear, hangers, toothbrush hairbrush etc. Bathrooms had hair dryers, curling irons, face and hand wash, soaps, etc. Spa area was nice if you like japanese traditional style bathing. Lounge area was great with vending machines with food and drinks, which was a great help since I arrived late without dinner and all the convenience stores in the airport were closed.

It was a capsule hotel but you were not stacked on top of each other like many capsule hotels advertise. You have your own little bungalow space with a lock box inside the room. I also liked that the bathrooms had all the amenities available, including hair dryers, q-tips, and mini care kits.
